My pen travels across the barren white
Leaving its trail for others that might
That might see its story and follow along
Follow the black ink of its ongoing song
It creates loops and twirls for my eyes to follow
Creates songs of joy and songs of sorrow
A whisper, a glimpse, an untold tale
A path, a road, a secret trail
The trail it blazes is of pure night
Carving an opening between perpetual white
But all they can see is paper with lines
