Taking Breath

Tight water hands wrap around your chest
Taking you from a nest
With no sound
You are now bound to the bottom
Now bubbles replace your breath
The deep blue gets darker as you sink down
You pound at the hands but they hold on
Taking you to the sand of the deep sea
They hold you down
But you want to be free
