Riding through the neighborhood
On two-wheelers and trikes,
There are lots of little kids,
Also know as tykes.
They outnumber the grown-ups
By about one thousand, one.
Bodies built for action,
Games and lots of fun.
Making messes, slaming doors,
Breaking windows, so much more.
Making silly faces
Parents' troubles never end.
A boarding school letter
With no hesitation to send.
Kids are sly and sneaky creatures,
Candy and sweets galore!
Gaining fat and chubbieness,
'Cause that's what kids are for!
