I am resilient and forgiving,
I wonder if I will accomplish my dreams,
I hear traffic light fighting,
I see my future will be good,
I want heaps of money,
I am resilient and forgiving.
I pretend not to judge but really do,
I feel like I've got to try in everything,
I touch the impossible,
I worry about slow people,
I cry when things I care about die,
I am resilient and forgiving.
I understand I will not live forever,
I say live while you can,
I dream about travelling one day,
I try to be nice to people I dislike,
I hope I will never be sick again,
I am resilient and forgiving.
