I wake up in the morning and I stay in bed
I bet my owners think that I’m actually dead
As I open my eyes and they get some cheese
I get up straight away, oh yes please!
It’s a dog’s life woof a woof a woof woof
It’s a dog’s life woof a woof a woof woof
I look at my lead, if only I could talk
Come on crew, I need my walk
When they go out, and leave me alone
I look around and dig up my bone (that I buried 5 minutes ago!)
It’s a dog’s life woof a woof a woof woof

When the time of day comes for me to be fed
I eat really fast and go to bed
