The ship was not named, the crew could not speak.
The Captain was cruel, of heart he had not.
Committed no crimes, yet criminal he was thought.
The sentence he had earned, the name he had brought.
He controlled the seas, misery he earned.
The god’s blessings, their guidance he burned.
Each ship he saw, he gave a single choice.
Behind him lay ruins, of men chosen wrong.
He slaughters those in his way at the darkest of night,
to send his rusted sword towards their heart.
He warns them of darkness and of all who depart.
He is twisted and snapped, his body broken, his mind cracked.
The crew cursed to the ship, the ship cursed to the sea.
The Captain cursed forever more, to reap the waters of souls.
The name Davy Jones, haunting the wind, stirring the tide, moving the sea.
The Captain sails the oceans in chaos undone.
