Gold is a rich colour
Gold is a royal gown
Gold is a delicious caramel
A youthful prince’s crown

Gold is the streets of heaven
A very expensive ring
Gold can can be an angel’s halo
Just listen to her sing!

Gold is the break of dawn
The beaming sun’s reflection
The beautiful leaves on autumn trees,
A model’s smooth complexion

Gold may be posh and rich,
And royal and pretty and old,
But just you try and think about this,
What would life be like without gold?
