I bow as I step up to the mat
Heart heavy, have I done enough?
Fight stance on, brows down, eyes up
Ready for the fight
Hands loose, feet light, COMBATE!
I take flight...
Knee shoots in, duck under, I take the back
He taps! …Is it my time?
My arm is raised up, breath of reflection
I tried hard, I trained even harder
I didn't always triumph…
To those who doubt me,
don't underestimate me I never give up and
I keep coming back!
Now with both arms raised...I breathe out
I am a Jiu Jitsu warrior!
I have the heart of Coringa
