What is this aching pain in my chest?
Why does it hurt like someone punched me?
The pain, can't I fall into eternal rest?
It only goes away when you are next to me.
My heart throbs and stings at the sight of you.
It replays the moment you ripped it,
The moment you burnt it to a crisp too.
So many rips, I don't want to be hit.
What do are you planing to do with my heart?
Will you keep it? Or will you hurt it more?
Perhaps you'll dump it forever and be smart
Never look back at it and leave it still sore
It was my fault, I did make you seethe
All I can ask is that you don't leave
