You Are What You Eat

I just absolutely love donuts, can't you tell?
I love their unique taste and their delightful smell.
One day I ate thousands and thousands because they smelt so sweet.
But after I ate all of the donuts I remembered you are what you eat!
All of a sudden my body turned round,
And the icing squelched down, oh what a sound!
Then the sprinkles appeared all over me,
It was a terrible day - don't you agree?
