The wind in my hair,
Grainy sand in between my toes,
The crystal blue water lapping against my legs.
Intricate shells lined up along the shoreline,
Tall pine trees stretching into the sky,
Light smoke drifting in the air,
The air clean of all.
I wish I could stay here forever,
But then the change came....
Houses crumbled to dust,
Huge waves reaching up and over,
Dark, thick fumes filling the air,
Red, hot lava shooting up into the sky,
All colour gone.
The world shown as it is now,
Reality.
