You never said you were leaving
You never said goodbye
You were gone before I knew it,
And I still don't know why.
In life, I loved you dearly,
In death, I love you still.
In my heart, I hold a place,
That only you can fill.
Your death leaves a heartache no one can heal.
Your love leaves a memory no one can steal.
But you left a love that stays in my heart.
So, my dear Dedo, I must say,
You want me to succeed,
You want me to do well.
But after all this time,
I still miss you.
