Death To Heaven

I feel like the end is near, Soon ill shed my final tear,
I feel my life fading away, Away, away
To thy final day, My memories gone,
My day is short,
Soon death will knock at my lonely door,
I rethink my life, all the hardship and sorrow,
the things that I can’t do tomorrow,
my breath is weak, same is my mind,
a happy life, I did not find,
I drift up to the sky, Leaving my body behind,
To the gates of heaven, High up in the sky,
A life in the clouds, Flow onward to nigh,
My soul floats through the gates of heaven,
Greeted by light and a morbid presence,
I sense I can’t stay for long, up with the gods I do not belong,
therefore, I leave this despondent earth,
a fateful death, a doleful curse.
