Once there was a panda cub and Patricia was her name
She has a black and white coat and a stubby tail she thought was lame
Patricia was a curious cub, energetic and ambitious too
But unfortunately for the little cub she was locked up inside a cruel zoo
Patricia wanted to see the world with her own engaging black eyes
After every late night meal she’s so sad that she cries
The zoo was a very dull and miserable place and she couldn’t stay for long
So she thought of a magnificent plan that could not go wrong
The time had come to run away so she climbed a tall bamboo stick
Went down the other side of the wall that was made of brick
Patricia fled to the gate, she could see it now
She slowly approached the big wide gate and went ‘POW’
Patricia ran outside the zoo, finally she was free
She jumped up and down excitedly with glee
There is nothing that she wanted more than to be with her family
So off she went to find them so she could live so happily
