Explore, create, grow and learn
These are the things for which we dearly yearn.
Yet hours tick by, and day by day, our time we waste
We stick with the dullness from which our society is based.
Our actions are timorous and unsure
Our voices are quiet, and we feel insecure.
Change feels as distant as Mars
Are we too lazy to re-write the stars?
For our ideas to truly gain traction
We need to act with courage and abstraction.
Passion is the beat of ideas, challenges and creativity
And it will break us out of our overall passivity.
Encouragement is what this world truly needs
To complete these acts of courage, these deeds.
Dust might cover our hearts, souls and minds
But determination is what we are destined to find.
