Run, run, run to the door
My grandpa yells at me some more.
I turn around to see him hand me a box
“Grandpa I don’t need more socks.”
“Oh no it’s not socks, I just got you some shoes,”
“When will they ever be used?”
Then my brother comes along,
Singing that stupid Baby Shark song,
“Hey sis, can I show you what mum and I got,”
“If it’s a toy, it’s probably a yacht,”
“Oh no,we just got you some new pants,”
“Will I be able to prance?”
“I also got you a crocodile hat,”
“I kinda wanted it to be a bat."
Anyways I just try them to fit,
Then I say, “Wow this costume’s pretty lit.”
