Sometimes you just sit and listen
You just sit and watch the stars glisten
It can keep people's minds off things they can't bear
Sitting amongst the breeze and the cold night air
There are moments good and bad
Some angry some sad
During life people are fed by their emotions
Some require magic potions
Just to repair
The damage that you can't bear
But that's just life and the way it goes
Something that I think everyone secretly knows
