The First Koala

One day a very long time ago a class called 3/4 A was walking around the walking track. We were walking past the barbecue. Then suddenly I saw a huge, extraordinary tree with a giant koala sitting in it. It had bright blue eyes and puffy light grey fur, it looked really cute but having a closer look we realised it wasn’t. It was really ANGRY! We were staring at it.
Then it started to climb down the huge tree. When it got down it started to chase me and my best friend Holly. We hid behind a big, old, rusty and dirty shed. We waited for a few minutes then we decided to look around the corner and he was RIGHT THERE! We screamed and ran away in fear. My body encouraged me to go back and fight, I don’t know why, but I couldn’t go back. Fear struck like a lightning bolt inside of me! So I just kept on running we finally reached my house. We ran into my room and locked the door.
The next morning we went back to school and we found the koala laying on the floor so I took it to the vet.
A few days later I adopted him and called him Nate so every day after school me and Holly went home and played with it.
