On the battlefield I see,
men with hearts of bravery fighting for their country.
Planes and helicopters circle the sky like birds,
while submarines surround the shores like sharks.
Soldiers charge at their enemies,
some passing out before even making it.
Planes parts fall from the skies,
as tanks blow up into smithereens.
War, why is there war?
Something so terrible,
yet, what is the result?
Nothing but the death.
So remember those who fought for your country,
for they are you heroes.
