Something has changed deep inside of my heart,
This time it’s different, I play another part,
No one will understand or ever know,
Why do I fight this troubled foe?
But I am a warrior, I get back up again,
My words are my weapons, just go ahead follow my pen,
Yes, your words will try to shut me up,
But I will just turn my volume up,
The music is my life, a never-ending beat,
A never-ending tune, I’ll just smile and tap my feet,
Say it with conviction everything I need will flow,
I’m passing through the barrier wow, just look at me go,
The music’s in my head, adrenalin coursing inside of me,
Look at me, this is who I am going to be,
Look at her, look at how you were back then,
But I am a warrior, I get back up again.
