A day in school

I'm stuck in class,
trying to survive through from my boredom.
When is that final bell going to ring?!
I imagine myself in an icy-cold pool,
cooling down from the hot summer sun
I climb out from the pool
and find myself face-to-face with my teacher!
I'm now in big trouble,
and I don't know the answer to the question!
So I panic!
But thankfully my savior arrives!
Thankfully, the bell rings
I hurriedly pack, and get out while I can
I've survived this day,
But I'm not so sure if I'll survive the next.
