You know it’s sad to think that in this modern day
People thinks it’s the right way
To kill themselves then and there
While their friends and family are unaware

Now there’s a quote you might of heard of before
This quote is by Dumbledore, he says,
“Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times
If one only remembers to turn on the light”
And you know what? I think he might be right.
If we turn on the light, turn on that mental switch
Depression, anxiety, suicide could be but a glitch

So let’s help those in need turn it on today
Because we really need to find a way
To end this poor mental health trend
And to make the brain your best friend
