The Ghost Under The Stairs

Every day
When I wake up
I hear a grumbling sound.
I wonder if it's my tummy
But it's the ghost under the stairs.
I try to go downstairs
But that sound shoos me up again.
I'm too scared to move at night
Because the ghost might spot me.
I don't go to school
Because the door's downstairs.
I'm being brave, going down.
I want to go back up.
I peek under the stairs.
The ghost is......my big brother
And he's not scary at all!!
