The frustration
of the creative soul:
A blank page.

Either she listens,
either she ignores
the pleas of her worshippers.

Such a mischievous fairy!
Whispering ideas into ears,
sketching vivid images
with her golden-tipped brush,
compressed into seeds
to plant in the mind's fertile soil;
Some will wither, some will blossom.

I should know;
She gave me a visit today.
