The Fall Of A Kingdom

A kingdom falling from within.
Mother, father hurry up! Come in!
Walls breaking down, conflict all around me.
Everything changing how my life will be.
Frighten, fearful, time runs astray.
For I have lost all my way.
I endure constantly but I still struggle.
Time passes by, this family turns to rubble.
This evil spirit rules my mind.
I bottle my emotions in my spine.
Should I seek help or should I persevere?
For my struggles devour me with fear.
My mind rules me with a cane.
But I keep it at bay with pain:
The blunt knife that cuts my skin.
Now I wonder when will my end begin?
