You Can't Breathe Without Trees

Dancing with the waves, moving with the sea.
Letting the rhythm of the water set our souls free
Leave your worries by the oceans shore,
running your bare feet through the sand
Letting the surrounding water become a soft bed for your despair,
The world is suffocating, we fill it with pollution as if nothing is happening
We dominate this planet, but silent as though the air we breath
No one is hungry for plastic nor scraps
Only famished for clear waters and sunny snaps
Why must we destroy the things we love?
When all the trees are cut down
When all the animals are dead
When all the waters are poisoned
When all the air is unsafe to breath
Only then will you discover…
That you cannot breathe without trees!
