Deep dark waves are swirling
As the old boat was twirling.
Small children were crying
I felt like I was dying.
For the last time I scream for help
Wait is that some kelp.
I know what I must do
So I take off my shoe.
Diving in the waves
I see some small caves.
I tie the kelp to the boat
And I drag it past the moat.
We are safe in the caves
Far from the waves.
Deep dark waves are not swirling
The boat is no longer twirling.
