“Child,
You must become reborn,
And all your past troubles will leave you,
You, I will adorn”
Such words created such comfort,
There was something different about him,
My craving for being loved felt fulfilled,
But thoughts of being reborn became akin.
How then, could we reenter our mother’s womb?
How then, could we once again become an infant?
How then, could we restart our lives?
And be made new in an instant?
His voice once again rang out,
“Child,
You must just have faith,
Only then will you be reconciled.”
