Red storms swirling
Thick coats of dust surrounding,
Providing gentle warm hugs,
Barbecue galore with generous pure Aussie spirit,
Love filled air with the feeling of snugs,
Staying up from sunrise to sunset,
Warm breeze brushing past our delicate skin
Not a single raindrop shatter was in sight,
The feeling of good luck as we begin the perfect roast duck,
Much like the warmth
Hope never dies down,
Positivity fills the air
Standing around the famous drop bear,
Over in the barn we haven’t forgotten
Their resting calmly,
The sheep and the cow
Yet the chocks still ungotten,
These are the golden moments as we continue to explore,
The rays of the outback reveals so much more.
