A bud of a rose, its satin petals greeting the sun, as silky as a baby’s skin.
A newly born hatchling, rising from the nest, as curious as a toddler.
A shy, awed cub, emerging from the den, as playful as a dog.
A vibrant attraction, adorning the bleak forest floor, as mesmerising as a dancer.
A soaring eagle, admired from afar, as fleek as a model.
A majestic lion, mesmerising and strong, as worshipped as a king.
A decimated landmark, returned to the earth, as forgotten as waves on the sea.
A helpless, flightless creature, no longer able to fuel itself, as airborne as an engineless plane.
An overthrown king, scorned by his subjects, as worthy as a servant
