Why me?
Why am I always the one who gets hurt and lied to,
The one who gives you the benefit of the doubt,
And then winds up getting crushed.
Why am I always the one who has to do it all, and always help,
But is then criticised for doing something wrong?
Why don’t I get any recognition for the things I do right?
Why?
Why can’t people just be honest?
Why can’t people realise that I get hurt and ask if I am okay?
Why can’t people offer me help,
Instead of always asking me to do things for them?
Why can’t they?
Why can’t I?
Why me?
