The elephant poem

Huge, grey elephant big and strong
Don't think he'll do anything wrong
Has the strength to pull out a tree
But he would never dream of hurting me
Calm and nice to have him near
Kind and friendly, he's no fear
His movements are slow
But he never feels low
His skin is wrinkly and tough
His calves have fun being rough
Why do we kill so many elephants?
Do people think ivory ornaments are so relevant?
