Mirror Mirror On The Wall

Mirror mirror on the wall,
Who is the prettiest of them all?
She ponders the question like a clockwork routine,
As she stares each day in the reflecting screen.
No one but her mirror will look into her eyes,
No one but her mirror sees the trauma she hides.
Pictures of models consume her phone,
She quickly whittles down to skin and bone.
Cry by night then smile by day,
Then back to her tear stained pillows to lay.
Life is a miserable, sleepless loop,
Beneath her eyes dark curtains droop.
Soon nothing of reason is left in her mind,
A will to live she cannot find.
Mirror mirror on the wall,
Is shattered among the dead girl on the floor.
