Fresh clean water flowing round rocks and bends,
Follow its journey from the beginning to the end.
Plip, plop, dribble, drop, trickle and splash.
Gradually building up to a great big crash.
Leaves churning down like surfers on a wave,
Passing the shiny fish in their rock pool cave.
Crystal clear water good enough to drink
Kids skimming rocks and watching them sink.
Water dropping from a great height
Turning from crystal clear to blue-black and white.
Spreading out like a bride's veil
So ending the waterfall's trail.
