Stands clang like sticks striking a cymbal
Sheet music rustles like autumn leaves
Soft jingling noises echo around
Then, the baton rises without a sound.
Instruments rise, and shine like a galaxy
Eyes follow the baton like its shadow
A harmonious melody fills the room
Sounds crescendo and BOOM!
Up and down like a yacht bobbing in a blustery sea
The baton glides faster
Frenzied fingers shift speed
The sound thunders, like a wildebeest stampede.
Then it STOPS!
And the baton drops down.
