Oh my sporting hero is Glenn McGrath he’s such a good bowler I wish I could be as good as him one day. Come on stop looking at your cricket cards. Come on im bored id better go ok then seya AFTER Ben left I went to bed to dream about Glenn McGrath in the morning I got up and watched coverage of the 2005 Ashes “ .Tour and I heard bad news Glenn MCGRATH to miss the third test due to ankle injury sustained during training. I thought to myself I will fill in for him after lunch I walked over to the cricket club and said do you need any more good bowlers because I was thinking I could fill in for Glenn. Ricky Ponting said are you over 18 yeah im 21 . Ricky Ponting said lets go over to the nets when we got over to the nets Matty Hayden got ready to face one of my balls I bowled him first go middle stump “ Ricky said you’re good enough “. The plane leaves in 5 days for the fourth test

I walk home thinking in my head im going to the Ashes to bowl for Glenn Mgrath. When I got home mum was cooking tea hi mum how are you im good in a weeks time I board the plane with the Australian cricket team to go to the Ashes test. When we got there we walk to the ground when we got there I was first up I bowled Marcus Trescothic for a duck and that was the best week of my life
