Teddy Forever

I thought we'd be together forever,
Who knew he’d just treat me like a toy
Throwing me away like a piece of trash,
Like something sucking away all my joy.

I still think about him from time to time,
Forgotten forever in the blink of an eye.
I wonder if he still thinks about me,
But deep in the closet, he can't hear my cry.

No, I shouldn't think like that at all,
Of course he will remember me.
We will be as happy as before,
Once I get out of here, I will be free.

It will just be like the old times again,
Paw in hand, we will be like best friends,
I am your teddy! Never forget that,
I'll never leave you, not till time ends.
