Why do we have a television?
It has all the children's attention
with the help of the remote control
they drown into paw patrol.
There is one in every house,
to stop them fight like cat and mouse.
Parents think it's ok to let them stare
at that disgusting thing in their chair.
They stare morning to noon
absolutely hypnotized by the cartoon.
We know it keeps them still
as they don't go climbing out the window sill.
Instead, of helping their mothers cook
they sit there like a book
and let you wash the dishes in the sink
but did you ever stop to think.
