Do you hear the
screaming whisper
that my heart cries?
I live between
this reality
and
the next.
Something is
a little different
every time we meet.
This world brings changes
quicker
than we realize.
Like a crisp golden leaf in the wind
I can fly.
With little more than
pennies
in my purse
I will travel onward
toward
the everlasting goal.

I am free.
