My heart, severed
So many times
I have been deceived
So many times
My trust betrayed
So many times
I’ve felt enslaved
So many times
I’ve worn a mask
So many times
I’ve had to ask
What’s it all for?
My life and yours
In the end, there are no answers
But from what I know, we’re all actors
