Darkness

As darkness taketh over light
As wind blows through the willow
As stars are speckled in the night
My head tis on a pillow

As creatures come up from there hole
Just to dance and sing
What joy it brings to their souls
In daytime it doesn’t bring

Sleep tight little stars
High above my head
I've always wondered what you are
But now I sleep instead
