We always promised nothing could change our friend ship, what happened?
When we created a bond like no other I knew you were going to stay
Thank you for making me laugh when I didn’t even want to smile
You walked out of my life just like that, you listened to others
Every day I missed the way you wrapped your arm around me and your perfect smile
Even though we’re not like we used to be, I will always be there for you
Through quite some time I have always cherished and cared for you
I wish the memories went away when you did, it would be much effortless
