Let You Go

But here I am, letting you go.
For I cannot love someone unknown.
You are the most beautiful being, my heart will always be yours.
But I am nothing but a tiny star in the sky, while you're a radiating planet that cries with light.
I will watch as you grow, and find someone new. Who has allowed themselves to love. For I wish I could have when I knew you.
It's better this way, you didn't deserve a love that was closed. Though I hope one day we'll meet again. When my love is pure and tainted with no lies.
We can walk on the planet called by your name as I hold the hand of the I love with tears in my eyes.
