When she looks in the mirror, she sees that she is not enough
The insecurities come flooding in
as she reminisces on the times
when she didn’t care about her appearance.
The times when she was happier
but she can’t help it
society projecting perfect women at her day after day
she tears herself down again and again
repeating the words ‘I’m not good enough’
she falls to the ground when she hasn’t eaten in days
but it’s okay cause at least she is beautiful, right?
Wrong, she’s still insecure
Mirror Mirror on the wall
Will I ever be enough?
Torn apart because she’s still not perfect
I’m not worthy. I’ll never be pretty.
