Morning light wakes you up when you
Sit next to the window.
However, it continues to blind me.
Every morning and throughout the day

Everyone talks to everyone else
I’m not worried though.
Unlike them, I know what I want to do
To reach the unreachable

To chart the undiscovered
To explore the mountains of the unknown

I’m just here to wait for the right time.
Then, it all clicks.
Run run run your little legs
Faster! If you don’t go now, I don’t know what I’d do.

I’ve made it.
