Looking from huge, hollow cave-like eyes; capturing non-existent images.

Rapt by the forged glow of trees & the pretend vintage touch of the villge.

Speaking to empty space; the apparition,

Hearing the echoes of voices trapped.

"Ttthhhiiissssssiiiiiiiinnaaarrreeelll"

Smelling the fragrance of wilted daisies, far beyond the imaginary dale.

Breathing in the poison, long face grim and pale.

Touching intangible material;

Clasping, grasping and missing.

Waving shaky, skeletal hands in front, trying to catch gas floating...

Hearing the sounds of time;

Love, Hate, Cruelty, Compassion, Regulation and Crime.

Struggling to hide in pitch darkness.

Struggling to survive in paradise.

Struggling to be like anyone, not even a petty con...
