Life is like a book.
There’s a beginning, middle
And an end.

Stories combine and pages shift.
In this book, emotions override.
The story abruptly ends with empty pages left aside.

The protagonist lost her battle.
She was tired,
Tired of living.

Her book awaits the author,
To continue its tale.
Silence is received and the book begins to frail.

Death lurks by
Smiling to itself.
Ready to collect the unfinished book.
