To Be A Kid Or Grow Up

Does growing up make you wiser?
Does being young make you naive?
Age is a fickle thing.
A person can be judged for their age along with:
Looks, interests, personality, and the list goes on.

When we’re young, we’re taught to cherish it,
But how can we when we don’t understand why.

Although I am grateful, I have my complaints.

Looking forward to the next day is hard,
You realise that’s one less day you have to do… what?
How can I know what to do?
when I don’t know everything, I could do.
But I look forward to growing up,
I just become a bigger and smarter kid.
