Have you heard of Olympics?
If not, I shall tell you the specifics.
They are international sports,
Games are of different sorts.
Flame carried around the world.
Lit at Athens, where it first began.
Five different coloured rings,
Each representing a flag tinge.
Tokyo 2020 was different epic,
All because of the pandemic.
Some events are played on sand,
Others on water and on land.
The games are fun to watch,
Especially when it’s a tough match.
Men and women striving for gold,
Making their move bold.
Incredible strength of the athletes,
Competing in scorching heat.
