Sunlight illuminates freshly cut straw,
Fixated upon its earthen foundation,
A pleasant glow surrounded what I saw,
Leaving the parched weeds a due cessation.
Amidst a sky dotted with diffused clouds,
The aroma of bulbs permeates the day.
Alike summers warmth, this enticed such crowds,
As tones and hues fade into gayer shades.
With the hum of bees and the gentle breeze,
Perhaps nature may take pride in itself.
The unfettered bird song makes my heart freeze,
While joy abounds, I gently centre myself.
Idyllically plants and beings coexist,
Witnessing its beauty is the greatest gift.
